Who this is for

I work with adults, adolescents, children and school communities experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that can feel difficult to shift.  Many people I work with appear to be coping on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

Through gentle, grounded approaches including EFT, breathwork, meditation, visualisation, and nervous system support, this work creates space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, understand what may be happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change from a more supported and regulated place.

How I work

My approach integrates psychotherapy, counselling, and breathwork therapy.  Every session is tailored to what you need in the moment, and may include therapeutic conversation, somatic awareness, and breath-based processes to support emotional regulation and integration.  This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We work with what is present for you, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Why my approach is different

Many people have insight into their patterns — but still feel emotionally stuck.

This is because stress, trauma and overwhelm are not only experienced cognitively. They are also held within the nervous system and body.

  • work with underlying patterns, not just symptoms

  • reconnect with yourself from a more grounded place

  • create meaningful, lasting change

What happens after you book

Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email.  At your scheduled time, I'll give you a call. We'll spend around 15 minutes talking about what's been happening for you, what you're hoping to change, and whether my approach feels like the right fit.

If it feels like a good fit, we can arrange your first session together.

 

How we begin

 

Free Initial Connection Call (15 minutes)
We can begin here.  This initial connection call allows us to briefly discuss what you are looking for, answer any questions about my approach, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Core Clearing Breathwork Session (60 minutes)

Core Clearing Breathwork is a structured, trauma-informed breathwork session that works gently with your nervous system. Rather than pushing for emotional release, the process supports regulation, awareness, and integration at a pace that feels safe for your body.  You don't need any previous experience with breathwork.

Investment: $220

​

Ongoing Therapeutic Sessions (90 minutes)

These sessions provide ongoing therapeutic support and deeper integration.  Sessions may include a blend of psychotherapy, counselling, and breathwork depending on what is most appropriate at the time.

Investment: $300 per session

What you can expect

This is a supportive and structured therapeutic space where we work with emotional experience, nervous system patterns, and underlying causes of distress.

The intention is not to rush change - as this works against your own body's capacity and nervous system.  Rather it is to build safety, clarity, regulation, and self awareness, in order for you to have meaningful long-term shifts.
